JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As an IT Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate technology-driven initiatives across multiple departments—Operations, Leasing, Marketing, Finance, and Development—ensuring alignment with regional business priorities and global IT strategy. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Delivery

  • Lead the full project lifecycle for technology initiatives: planning, execution, risk management, change control, and delivery.

  • Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources accordingly.

  • Ensure projects meet internal goals and compliance standards.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the central point of contact between LATAM IT and regional business stakeholders.

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

  • Work closely with global IT counterparts to ensure alignment with global platforms and architecture.

  • Vendor & Technology Management

  • Manage external partners and technology vendors (e.g., CRM systems, ERP providers, local dev teams).

  • Support vendor evaluation and contract negotiation when needed.

  • Business Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes via technology.

  • Lead initiatives such as CRM optimization, reporting automation, or integration projects.

  • Reporting & Communication

  • Provide regular updates to executive stakeholders on project status, risks, and ROI.

  • Ensure project documentation and SOPs are up to date.
