JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Chile), you will aassist with the coordination of business process improvement, ensuring alignment
between regional business needs and technology solutions.
You will play a key role in the product lifecycle of core operational systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and
other internal platforms (payments, CRM, etc.). Your goal is to support system adoption, lead business
analysis efforts, and deliver process improvements that drive regional efficiency and performance.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Role Responsibilities:
Business Process & Systems Analysis
- Gather and document requirements across departments (Operations, Finance, Leasing).
- Map, assess, and optimize business processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Translate needs into actionable documentation, such as user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
System Lifecycle Support
- Collaborate with the Regional IT Manager and global product teams to support the lifecycle of platforms like Yardi Voyager and Entrata.
- Assist with backlog refining, testing, and validation of new features and enhancements.
- Coordinate property set-ups, data integrity reviews, and new implementation efforts.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Act as the local systems liaison for Brazil, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and end users
- Lead initiatives to support system adoption, resolve resistance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver localized training, onboarding, and clear release communications.
Strategic Partnering
- Operate as the key point of contact in Brazil for system-related initiatives.
- Provide insight and feedback to help shape the product roadmap at the regional level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (local and international) to align goals and standards.
Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Experience in business systems analysis, digital transformation, or system implementation roles.
- Proven success in working with ERP/enterprise platforms (Yardi, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce).
- Hands-on experience with stakeholder engagement, process redesign, and training delivery.
- Strong knowledge of SSRS and intermediate to advanced SQL.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps).
- Advanced English (written and verbal) required; Spanish is a plus.
