JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role manages customer support to residents by providing assistance with service requests, accounting and rental issues, and coordinating other miscellaneous resident related functions to achieve community goals surrounding resident retention.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinates all resident functions and activities including orienting residents to the property, including parties, birthday cards, welcome parties, unit visits, and other events as directed.
  • Develops and publishes property newsletter, which includes planned events, resident services, surveys, lease violation letters, advertisements. And other communications to the residents.

  • Handles resident issues, including neighbor disputes, maintenance repairs, and resident requests. Prepares incident reports pertaining specifically to resident issues, in accordance with Company standards. Complete call-backs on all service requests within 24 hours to ensure customer satisfaction. Checks the answering service throughout the day for messages, and returns calls as necessary.

  • Achieve the community’s resident satisfaction and retention goals by ensuring resident complaints and/or concerns are resolved in a timely manner, and by answering questions concerning rent and fee payments.

  • Schedules activity center or clubhouse rentals, maintains the contract on any such rental, and collects applicable fees. Ensures guest suites (if applicable) are in rental condition and provides additional amenities to residents, such as movie rentals, books, and games.

  • Processes work orders for the maintenance department, ensures they are completed timely and accurately, and contacts the resident to determine if they are satisfied with the work completed. Prepares weekly maintenance report to verify resident requests are being completed.

  • Evaluates the appearance and overall curb appeal, landscape, office environment and vacancies on a daily basis and ensure the leasing office, tour path and model(s) are ready for show daily. Alerts maintenance to items that need to be repaired.

  • Reviewing the concierge shift reports and following-up on incident reports and lease violation notices as necessary, and ensuring the leasing office is secured for the evening.

  • Where applicable, assist with overall operation of the office, including support for both the leasing team and the management team.

The hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
