JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
You’ll work closely with the Community and Leasing teams to align on goals, contribute to marketing strategies, and ensure each event supports resident satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Act as a brand ambassador by consistently representing the company’s core values in all interactions.
Develop and deliver high-quality events and programs tailored to the interests and needs of residents.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and local businesses to source event supplies, negotiate partnerships, and promote community engagement.
Manage all logistical aspects of events including planning, execution, budgets, bookings, supplier compliance, and on-site coordination.
Liaise with internal teams to align events with marketing campaigns and leasing objectives.
Capture and share content from events across marketing channels in line with brand guidelines.
Ensure timely reporting and evaluation of event performance, resident feedback, and budget tracking.
Maintain compliance with relevant policies, insurance standards, and WHS regulations during event delivery.
Contribute to outreach marketing efforts and community awareness through local engagement and brand promotion.
Support broader leasing and retention strategies by encouraging resident renewals and community referrals.
To be successful in this role, you should have skills including:
Demonstrated experience in event coordination, hospitality, community engagement or a similar role.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Confident communicator with the ability to engage a diverse audience and build effective partnerships.
Creative mindset with a passion for creating inclusive, high-impact resident experiences.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in administration, reporting and compliance documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems, event platforms, or property management software (e.g. StarRez) is advantageous.
A flexible and proactive approach—comfortable with occasional after-hours and weekend work to support event delivery.
Compliance & Licensing – Must hold a valid driver’s license, and have the ability to obtain a favourable National Criminal History Check and Working with Children check.
