Property Type: Stabilized
Unit Count: 687
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. When scheduled on a Saturday, an alternate day off will be provided during the week.
Requirements: Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. Candidates should be proficient in computer applications and capable of handling administrative responsibilities. Previous experience in property management is preferred.
Quarterly performance bonus of up to 15% of annual salary, based on property performance.
This role involves regular interaction with residents affiliated with higher education institutions, making strong written and verbal communication skills a key requirement.
• Serve as first point of contact to callers and visitors.
• Respond to resident, parent, client, and owner concerns and questions in a quick and professional manner while taking prompt action to solve concerns and/or refer to the appropriate party.
• Serve as back-up to the Central Office operations staff and provide administrative support to all professional staff.
• Ensure front office area and office desks are conducive to business and produce a professional appearance while keeping them neat, orderly and free of personal clutter.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly and other assigned projects in a timely manner and free of errors.
• Process housing forms including but not limited to early arrivals, late departures, break housing requests, linkblue requests, and housing accommodations.
• Manage room assignments and room change processes.
• Monitor Faculty/Staff enrollment status verifying hours are upheld.
• Inspect units prior to Move Ins to ensure units are move-in ready condition and relay any outstanding items to be addressed to the operations team.

The hourly range for this position is $22.00 (Marina)
Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
