JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to join our team part time. This will be at one of our new student accommodation sites in Adelaide. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and prospects, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a welcoming and engaging our community environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Engaging first point of contact for residents, visitors, and prospects across reception, phone, email, and social media.
Handle daily front-of-house operations, including package management, suite bookings, lift scheduling, and resident enquiries.
Support resident engagement by assisting with events, communications, and maintaining up-to-date local knowledge.
Maintain tidy, safe, and presentable shared spaces, ensuring a consistently high standard across the community.
Assist with administrative and operational tasks, including CRM updates, reporting, compliance, and leasing support.
About You
We are looking for a team-oriented, adaptable, and committed individual whom takes pride in creating great resident experience. This part-time position is ideal for someone seeking fewer hours each week while still bringing valuable skills to a professional, team-oriented environment.
Additional background will include:
Experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, accommodation, or real estate
Excellent service and communication skills, with a proactive, can-do approach
Strong organisation and multitasking ability in fast-paced environments
Comfort using email, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital tools
Cultural awareness and the ability to connect with a diverse resident community
A valid driver’s license and eligibility for a National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check
