What you’ll be doing
You’ll help keep our building running smoothly and support residents with day-to-day maintenance needs, including:
Completing general repairs across apartments and shared spaces.
Preparing rooms for new residents, including small fixes and final checks.
Caring for lighting, safety systems, and general property upkeep.
Keeping maintenance and safety records up to date.
Working with contractors and suppliers on site.
Assisting residents with a friendly, solutions-focused approach.
Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours support (shared across the team).
What you bring
You don’t need a trade license to shine in this role. We’re looking for practical, proactive people with some relevant experience, who enjoy hands on work and learning new skills.

Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check and Working With Children Check.
